In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the olx69 Platform is conditional upon the Member satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under 21. olx69 enforces age verification through its KYC process and reserves the right to close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age, with any associated balance forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited to individual users.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from contracting.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated Accounts.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or under any applicable responsible gaming programme, whether voluntary or mandatory.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be playing and wagering on your own behalf and using only funds that are lawfully yours. Using the Platform as an agent, nominee, or proxy for a third party is prohibited.

To access the Services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes.
2. Username and Password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. olx69 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account. Any attempt to open additional Accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — will result in the permanent closure of all Accounts associated with that individual and the forfeiture of all balances.
4. KYC Verification: olx69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Standard documents requested include a photograph of the Member's KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion.
5. Account Security: You must notify olx69 support immediately — via live chat on the Platform — if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorization. olx69 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate password security.
6. Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. olx69 will notify the Member by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Members may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

All financial transactions on the olx69 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). olx69 does not charge currency conversion fees, and no foreign exchange margin is applied to Member balances. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: Members may fund their Accounts via the following channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Perm ata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel, starting from Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account upon confirmation of receipt by olx69's payment processor, typically within 60 seconds for e-wallets and 15–30 minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment channel registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. olx69 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit channel before authorizing a withdrawal to a different channel. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as follows:

Processing times apply to KYC-verified Accounts in good standing. Unverified Accounts or Accounts under review may experience delays. olx69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

olx69 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) — which must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly on each offer page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the offer terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Member is entitled to claim a given promotion once only, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Abuse and Collusion: olx69 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it identifies bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated group play patterns.
• Modification: olx69 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Member Accounts, provided those bonuses were claimed in good faith and in accordance with the offer terms in force at the time of claiming.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the olx69 Platform. Product-specific rules for the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Video Poker, and Andar Bahar are published separately on the relevant product pages and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. olx69 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or void bets where odds have been published in error or where suspicious betting patterns are identified. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a payout; rules on pushes and void legs are governed by the applicable sportsbook rules page.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a technical malfunction mid-round, the round will be voided and all wagers returned. Completed rounds are final.
• Slots: All slot game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

olx69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to support Members who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further play is suspended for the applicable period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request permanent self-exclusion via the live support channel. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

All content on the olx69 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

The use of any automated data-collection tool, bot, spider, scraper, or similar mechanism on the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.

olx69 collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

Key data processing principles observed by olx69 include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for Account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Payment data is handled via tokenized, PCI-compliant channels. Raw banking credentials are not stored on olx69 servers.
• Member data is not sold to third parties. Disclosure to third parties is limited to payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
• All data in transit between the Member's browser and olx69 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olx69 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts caused by a data feed provider, third-party studio, or other external source, subject to olx69's obligation to correct manifest errors promptly upon discovery.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility caused by maintenance, infrastructure failure, cyberattack, or events beyond olx69's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

In no event shall olx69's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olx69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated without first contacting olx69 support.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at olx69 staff or other Members.
• Identification of the Member as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member or a recognised responsible gaming programme.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to olx69 (including voided bonus winnings) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit channel within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC and AML review.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx69 is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the olx69 support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of formal written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents olx69 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

olx69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, and restructuring that do not alter the substance of Member rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible at olx69.vu/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are displayed in the page header. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must notify olx69 support before the effective date and, if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, close your Account prior to the amendment taking effect.
